Former US President Donald Trump said on a radio show on Thursday evening (local time) that he financially supported some supporters involved in the January 6, 2021 storming of Congress. He also wants to review their pardons if he is re-elected to the White House.

“These are incredible people who were in my office just two days ago. It’s a disgrace what was done to them,” said Trump, who does not rule out running for president again in 2024.
