According to the website, as of 2:30 p.m. (CEST), more than 54,000 people in the United States reported problems with the social network. It was also reported in other countries such as Great Britain, Mexico, Brazil, Italy and Germany that Twitter was not working normally. About an hour later, Twitter was available again on desktop and mobile.
