August 13, held a town hall meeting to discuss the reconstruction of the school № 54 in the street Krylov. The Deputy mayor, head of Department of construction and architecture of the mayoralty of Novosibirsk Alexey Kondratyev has told that in the beginning of September will start the demolition of dilapidated buildings. The reconstruction will cost about 500 million rubles.
School # 54 was built in 1935 and since then, there has never been a major overhaul.
“I believe that the proposed reconstruction is the best option. We all, children, parents and teachers, excited about this and are waiting for the demolition to quickly return to their school,” says school Director Julia Ezersky.
