Investigators have completed a criminal investigation against the former top Manager of biotechnopark Vladimir Kozhevnikov — he is accused of fraud in especially large size. The case has already handed over the indictment to the court.

Kozhevnikova was accused of fraud in especially large size under part 4 of article 159 of the criminal code.
According to the version of the investigation, in 2015, between JSC “management company “Biotechnopark” and “Metholdingom” contracts were signed for supply of laboratory equipment and materials. During the execution of these contracts, the General Director of JSC “management company “Biotechnopark” decided by deception and abuse of trust, using his position to steal funds belonging to OOO “Metholdingom” received as payment under a contractual relationship between organizations, — reported the press-service of SU RF IC in Novosibirsk region.
