the needle of the Festival “City of Eskimos” is held on the Ob sea for the fifth time and has become a winter tradition. This year it was attended by a record 556 people out of 117 teams — and that’s not counting those who did not register in advance for the competition, and decided to just try to build a winter home for fun.
