The people in Berlin and Brandenburg can look forward to a temporary slight cooling off. Tuesday will begin with isolated showers and some thunderstorms in the east. In the further course of the day it loosens up and it is becoming increasingly sunny, as the German Weather Service (DWD) announced on Tuesday morning.
According to the forecast, the maximum values are between 25 and 28 degrees and thus significantly below the temperatures of the past few days. At night it cools down to 17 to 12 degrees. It will remain dry, only in the south there may be local rain and thunderstorms.
On Wednesday the sunny weather will take a short break. According to the DWD, it will be cloudy to heavily overcast. In some areas, showers and thunderstorms, especially in the afternoon and evening, are to be expected.
There can also be heavy rain, hail and gusts of wind with speeds of up to 88 kilometers per hour. Temperatures are forecast to rise to between 24 and 28 degrees.

During the night it will be rainy and thundery at the beginning. There may be some heavy rain again. Temperatures drop to between 18 and 15 degrees.
