Oosterzele, Minister of StaatHerman De Croo presented a Saturday afternoon in the town of Oosterzele their diploma and a gold medal from the Carnegie Hero Fund, David Verhelst. He came out last year on the 8th of april in our Region to live, when he has to help, wanted to be a mother and in need of help. His kayak turned, and he was cheated of his heroism and life.
