A money transporter was attacked on Wednesday in Uhlandstrasse in Berlin-Wilmersdorf. The confirmed the police are at noon. The perpetrators are said to have fled, several people are said to have been slightly injured.

Local residents had previously reported to the Tagesspiegel that a money messenger had been attacked in front of a Postbank branch.

Police say the robbery happened around 11:15 a.m. A local resident spoke of “shots, blood and screams”.

Inside the branch, the perpetrators stole a cash box from the security service that delivered it. According to witnesses, several shots were fired on the sidewalk in front of the branch.

A security guard has a laceration and a security guard has an injured arm, a resident reported. Uhlandstrasse has been closed. Photos show that ambulances are also at the scene.

A local resident reported three men who attacked the money messenger. They are said to have fled in a black Audi.
