Today, April 16, Berdsk city court of the Novosibirsk region were punished for a walk around the city during the isolation the two men.
One of them was sentenced to an administrative fine in the amount of 2000 roubles, the second — in the form of a warning.
the Court considered that birdcage “did not comply with the rules of conduct with the introduction of high alert in the territory of the Novosibirsk region where there is a threat of occurrence of emergency situation” and were in a public place. They were convicted of administrative offenses under part 1 of article 20.6.1 of the administrative code.
