Alexander Martynyuk and Yakov Kuznetsov was found guilty of restraint of competition.
They were found guilty of committing a crime under the p. V. part 2 of article 178 of the criminal code of the Russian Federation “restrictions of competition”. Each of them was sentenced to two years of imprisonment conditionally with a trial period 2 years. Also assigned to them the penalty of a fine of 500 thousand roubles everyone, — told the correspondent of NGS in the Oktyabrsky district court.
