June 5, at city hall meeting of the working group of the city Council on environmental issues — one of the issues again was an unpleasant smell, which appears intermittently in Novosibirsk.
According to the Chairman of the Committee of environmental protection of the Novosibirsk municipality of Maria Sidorova, in recent years the number of complaints of citizens to the unpleasant smell increased: if in 2018 the municipality has received 23 written submissions, which must give official written replies, in 2019, to 67, and from January 2020 — 25.
