Central district court extended the measure of restraint concerning ex-Director of the Novosibirsk research Institute of traumatology and orthopedics (NIITO) Michael’s Garden.
As explained by the correspondent of NGS in court, home arrest was extended until October 28.
the Garden was placed under house arrest on 27 February, he is one of the defendants in the criminal case of embezzlement in the procurement for NIETO. Also defendants in this case are his partner and scientific consultant of the Institute Sergey Poskotin, and three heads of commercial organizations. The aggrieved party is a regional Ministry of health.
