On the NHS we often talk about the unusual cars in Novosibirsk, and today we have a rare Harley-Davidson in 1943. This instance has come a long way, was delivered in USSR by lend-lease, served in the NKVD, and finally was acquired by Novosibirsk Alexander Tetarom.
