Union Berlin won a test match against the Czech first division club Dynamo Budweis 1-0 (1-0). New signing Paul Seguin (35th minute) scored the winning goal for the Berlin Bundesliga club on Friday afternoon with a low shot. The game took place at the hotel complex in Neukirchen am Großvenediger in Salzburger Land. The Köpenicker are still there in the training camp until the middle of next week.
The iron missed a higher victory with numerous opportunities. After all, coach Urs Fischer’s team did not concede a goal for the first time in the fifth test game of the current preparation. On Wednesday, the tenth in the Czech league won 1-0 against Union Bundesliga opponents FC Augsburg.

The other Union pros not in the squad against Budweis, such as goalkeeper Frederik Rönnow, Robin Knoche, Rani Khedira, Sheraldo Becker and Jordan Siebatcheu, trained in the morning. Most of them are likely to take part in the next test match on Saturday.
