the Ministry of labour and social protection of the Russian Federation developed the draft of a special order of dismissal of employees, modifying their duties and terms of idle during a pandemic. It is reported by RBC with reference to the provisions of the draft government resolution “On peculiarities of legal regulation of labor relations in 2020”.
the Ministry suggested that the government take advantage of a temporary right to establish special regulation of labour relations in the period of counter-proliferation COVID-19. Thus, it is proposed that during the period of forced suspension of activity of companies due to quarantine restrictions employees will not be able to send in a simple or fired by the employer.
