(Ankara) A video posted on the Facebook account of Ukrainian MP Oleksandr Marikovski shows a violent altercation between him and a Russian representative during a summit of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation Organization (BSEC) in Ankara, Turkey .
The incident occurred after Valery Stavitsky, a member of the Russian delegation, snatched from the hands of Oleksandr Marikovski a Ukrainian flag that he had waved behind Russian delegate Olga Timofeeva during an interview.
