Mohammed Nurbagandov was born in the Dagestani village of Sergokala 9 Jan 1985 – in the family head of the clinic, Comset Nurbagandov and Director of the school Nurbagandov Nurbagandov. Future hero graduated from the Lyceum № 2 in Sergokala with a gold medal in 2002, and in 2007 the faculty of law of the Dagestan state University with honors.
