A woman was racially insulted and attacked on a bus in Berlin-Wilmersdorf. As the police also announced on Tuesday, a 20-year-old man also showed the middle finger to the woman on Monday afternoon on the upper deck of the bus and verbally attacked her.
When the 27-year-old went to the lower part of the bus, the man is said to have followed her and spat in her face. According to police, the man held the woman’s head, slapped her on the shoulder, kneed her in the stomach and tried to rip off her headscarf. Only when other passengers stepped in did he let go of her.
