Novosibirsk weather forecasters have told, what the weather will be in the field until the end of February. The second decade of the month was unusually warm — it is expected that the temperature of the third decade will also be higher than normal.

Warm the second decade of February was above normal by 4-5 degrees. Weather forecasters predict that such a process will last and further, the third decade of the month will average warmer than normal.
