The Gent On the spooroverweg the Beerveldsebaan in Beervelde was turned upside down this afternoon with a trailer attached to a tractor, and ended up on the tracks. It broke down the 30-ton monster in about one and a half metres of track. The running of trains between Gent-Dampoort and Lokeren, there can be only linked on a single track, and there is no through traffic, between Lochristi and in Beervelde. “We’re hoping that the damage this weekend to solve it,” says Thomas Baeken of its mission.
