In the Railway district court of Novosibirsk today, 27 may, considered the claim eks-the Governor of Novosibirsk region Vasily Yurchenko.
He told the Finance Ministry to compensate it for the harm caused during criminal proceedings which were conducted against him.
“Considered statement, the former Governor of Novosibirsk region V. A. Yurchenko about compensation of property harm caused by illegal criminal prosecution, in the amount of 5 482 420 (five million four hundred eighty-two thousand four hundred twenty) rubles and 25 kopecks,” reads the website of the court.
