The chief of district of Novosibirsk, who was fired after a scandal over a plan for the fines, filed a lawsuit

In Kalininsky district court of Novosibirsk has addressed Elena Ustinova, the former head of the Novosibirsk district, which dismissed from bodies after the scandal with voice messages.

Checking the interior Ministry found out that Ustinova belonged to the voice that demanded from each district to take daily for 8-10 designed protocols on violators of the regime of self-isolation.

Yesterday, Ustinov demanded through the court to restore her in office.

“June 1, 2020 in Kalininsky district court of Novosibirsk has received the statement of claim Ustinova E. A. to the Ministry of internal Affairs of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation, in which she requests to invalidate her dismissal from service in bodies of internal Affairs, to restore the service in the former position and rank, to recover salaries for the period of forced absence and compensation for moral damage,” reads the website of the court.
