The lawsuit claims the crash was caused by gross negligence on SpaceX’s benefit

SpaceX is confronting a multimillion-dollar litigation filed with a Texas family after the death of a relative after a car crash near the organization’s launch facility.

The lawsuit claims the crash was caused by gross negligence on SpaceX’s behalf.

While driving on Highway 4, the household was involved in an accident with an 18-wheeler which has been stalled beyond the SpaceX centre, leading to the death of husband and father Carlos Javier Venegas, 35.

Venegas’ spouse, Lucinne Venegas, along with their three children have been hurt.

According to court records, lawyers for the Venegas family condition that SpaceX failed to equip and upgrade the street to account for its heavy duty and continuous usage.

They also promised that the weight has been on SpaceX, not the local authorities, to expand the street to account for the additional traffic load.

Lawyers for SpaceX asserted that it had been neglect on Venegas’ role that resulted in the crash.

KVEO had achieved to both parties in this situation and was expecting a reply.
