The rapper had traveled from Munich, but he came to remain silent: Michael “Shindy” Schindler completely refused to testify as a witness in the trial against Arafat Abou-Chaker – with reference to criminal tax proceedings against him

It is about business relationships with Arafat Abou-Chaker and Bushido. But the 33-year-old should have answered a few questions from the judges’ point of view. They imposed a fine of 1,000 euros, alternatively eight days of imprisonment.

Shindy’s attorney lodged a complaint. The prosecutor had even applied for six months’ preventive detention. The court withdrew the decision on it.

Bushido, whose real name is Anis Ferchichi, and his long-term business partner Arafat Abou-Chaker have been sitting opposite each other in the courtroom since August 2020.

On the 75th day of the trial, Bushido (43) was once again in the room. He is the most important witness and joint plaintiff. In a week he will probably be questioned again as a witness. It should then go to an explosive sound recording.
