Climate protection demonstrators have continued their sit-ins on the streets of Berlin. Once again on Tuesday morning, members of the “Last Generation” group sat down on the road in several places near the motorway exits in the Berlin city area, some sticking their hands to the asphalt. The police were on duty. Traffic jams formed on several sections of the motorway during rush hour.

According to the traffic information center (VIZ), there was initially a blockade near Kurt-Schuhmacher-Damm in Reinickendorf with a 30-minute traffic jam for drivers and on the Prenzlauer Promenade in Pankow with a 40-minute backlog on the autobahn.
