Mini-football. Putin has granted Russian citizenship to the Brazilian club of the Communist party

Russian President Vladimir Putin has granted citizenship to Brazilian striker mini-football club Communist party Paulinho, the corresponding decree published on the official portal of legal information.

the decree States: “In accordance with paragraph “a” of article 89 of the Constitution of the Russian Federation decrees: to accept the citizenship of the Russian Federation Castagnacci Paulo Roberto, born 19 Oct 1985 in Brazil.”

Thus, Paulinho will be able to play for the national team of Russia, where there are three naturalized players – Eder Lima, Romulo and Robinho. Earlier it became known that the Russian team made it to the final stage of the world championship on mini-football 2020.

Recall, Paulinho in favour of the Communist party of 2015, and the team became the silver medalist of the Superleague. He has also previously played for Mytischi, and at home – for “Intelli” and “Fluminense”.
