Millimetr rolls: Novosibirsk businessman told how to increase the sale of goods when the customers on the isolation

During the isolation more and more people goes online: on the Internet, work, learn and, of course, buy. Businesses, especially those companies whose outlets were closed because of the pandemic, remains nothing how to go after their customers to the Internet. Now in Novosibirsk, many small and medium-sized companies create shopping in social networks or their own websites to maintain sales. Another channel — the marketplace: among the online platforms that bring together buyers and sellers across the country, there has been explosive growth. For example, in April the number of registrations of new businesses from Novosibirsk to the marketplace has increased by half, and in may, already twice concerning the average values of 2020. Since this is the most promising segment for trading, we asked the owner of the company “Soft bear” Sergey Danilov about how he develops the company even in a pandemic and how to scale the business, coming on the marketplace with commodities.
