A few days after being infected with the corona virus, the wife of the US President, Jill Biden, tested negative again. The First Lady’s office announced on Sunday that Jill Biden had had two consecutive corona tests negative. After isolating herself in the state of South Carolina for five days, she now wants to leave for Delaware from there on Sunday. Her husband Joe Biden is currently vacationing in the seaside town of Rehoboth Beach.
The White House made Jill Biden’s corona infection public at the beginning of the week. The first lady developed mild symptoms while on vacation with her husband in South Carolina. She tested positive for the virus shortly after. She stayed there without her husband for several days to isolate herself. The US President first traveled back to Washington and from there on to Delaware. (dpa)
