Kim Kardashian filed for divorce Feb. 2021

Kim Kardashian made a fiery response to Kanye West’s claims that their daughter North West is using TikTok “against his will.”

The rapper took to Instagram Friday and shared a screenshot the 8-year old on the video sharing platform.

“SINCE THIS IS MY FIRST DIVOCATION, I MUST KNOW WHAT I SHOULD DO BEFORE MY DAUGHTER IS TIK TOK AGAINST ME WILL.” The caption was added by the 44-year old.

Fox News Digital was given the following statement by the star by a spokesperson for Kim Kardashian:

She wrote that Kanye’s incessant attacks on her in interviews and on social networks is more damaging than any TikTok North could create. “As the primary caregiver and provider for our children, I do my best to protect our daughter. But, I also allow her to express herself in whatever medium she chooses with adult supervision. It brings her joy.

She said, “Divorce is hard enough for our children and Kanye’s obsession with trying so negatively to control and manipulate the situation so publicly and negatively is only causing more pain for all.” “I have always wanted a supportive and healthy co-parenting relationship for my children since the beginning. It is what I believe is best for them and it saddens that Kanye keeps trying to make it impossible.”

She concluded her statement by saying that she wanted to deal with all matters concerning our children privately.

Fox News Digital also requested comment from a spokesperson for West, also known by the name “Ye”.

After nearly a decade of marriage, the 41-year old filed for divorce from West, according to court records in February 2021. This is the end of one of the most popular celebrity marriages of the 21st Century.

Kardashian seeks joint custody of her children. Her filing states that she and her husband have a prenuptial arrangement which will govern how their assets are divided. The agreement cites irreconcilable disagreements for their separation and doesn’t list a date.

They began dating in 2012, and they had their first child in 2013. West proposed later that same year, using the huge screen at the San Francisco Giants’ empty waterfront ballpark. The couple were married in Florence on May 24, 2014.

They have four children together: North, Saint, 6, Chicago, 4, Psalm 2, and Psalm 2. It was the first marriage of the West and the third of the reality television star.

After 14 years of marriage, the September announcement by “Keeping up with the Kardashians” marked the beginning of the end.

Kardashian is a Los Angeles-area resident, but West is from Chicago. He spends most of his time at his Wyoming ranch, including the last months of his marriage. West stated that he would like his children to be there.

The couple have been able to continue their romance despite their separation. Kardashian is now in a relationship with 28-year-old Pete Davidson, a “Saturday Night Live” comic. West has been traveling the world with Julia Fox, 32, model and actress.

West is well-known for his outspokenness on social media. One July 2020 tweet that West sent out, which was later deleted, stated that he was trying to divorce Kardashian and that Kris Jenner was a dictatorial mother. He also claimed that his family wanted to force him to undergo psychiatric treatment.

Kardashian replied to the request with an Instagram statement, asking people to show compassion for West who is struggling with mental illness.

Kardashian stated, “He is a brilliant, but complex person who, on top of being an artist, a black man and who suffered the pain of losing his mother, has to deal that pressure and isolation which is increased by his bipolar disorder.” “Those who know Kanye well understand his heart and can see that his words sometimes do not reflect his true intentions.
