Life of Novosibirsk is gradually returning to normal. Shopping malls are still closed, bars and restaurants are, but the Governor removes one restriction after another. From 22 June to resume work shops with a separate entrance, regardless of their size. But on 24 June, the head of the region was allowed to open museums and zoo (though with some limitations).
