— In a closed court hearing considered the petition of the investigator of management of Federal security service across the Novosibirsk region about election of a measure of restraint in respect of M., a citizen of the Russian Federation, and W. — citizen of the Kyrgyz Republic who are suspected of committing a crime under part 2 of article 205.5 of the Criminal code of the Russian Federation. According to investigators, they are members of the “Islamic party of Turkestan”, organization recognized by the Supreme Court of the Russian terrorist, whose activity is prohibited on the territory of Russia, — have informed in a press-service of October district court.
