Maslikova charged under part 1 of article 285 of the criminal code and part 3 of article 174.1 of the criminal code (“Abuse of official powers against the interests of the service of selfish interest and the legalization of money obtained as a result of the offense”). The plaintiff is the city of Novosibirsk.
