(30 g) mozzarella cheese, grated
1 shallot, fijngesnipperd
2 garlic cloves, pressed
250 gr. fresh spinach < / p> < 400g chipolata.
a handful of basil leaves < / li> olive oil
salt and pepper
this is how you make it :
1. Cook the spaghetti until tender in lightly salted water. Drain and rinse under cold water. Beat the eggs with the Parmigiano Reggiano and the mozzarella cheese and half of the passata. Mix the spaghetti in the bottom.
2. Pre-heat the oven to 200°C. Divide the spaghetti was over-greased muffin tins, and there are nests of them. Turn off for 15 minutes in the oven. Fry the shallots with the garlic until transparent in olive oil. Then, add in the spinach and let it shrink.
3. Fry the chipolata until they are golden brown in olive oil. Cut them into bite-size pieces. Add the remaining passata, under, and season with salt and pepper.
