Back in the 90s:

for the First time in the history of the Russian automotive market, the ratio of used and new cars reached 5:1 — such data are the Agency “AUTOSTAT”. Before the market downturn, which began in April this year, the ratio was at 3.5:1, and before the crisis of 2008-2009 and did was 2:1. In other words, the interests of Russians again moved to the secondary market: so it was in the 90s.
