Crime 19/02/20 As Moscow “smoothed out” from criminals in the Great Patriotic
To the usual law enforcement manifestations of illegal actions of citizens during the great Patriotic war has added fundamentally new – desertion, looting, spreading provocative rumors, and many others. The Soviet police and the NKVD had to work thoroughly to clean up the mess in terms of compliance with the law.
