A child was seriously injured in a traffic accident in Berlin-Spandau. The eight-year-old girl was hit by a car on Sunday evening on Neue Bergstrasse, the police said on Monday.
Accordingly, the child got out of a parked car and crossed the street without paying attention to the traffic.
Rescue workers took the seriously injured girl to a hospital for inpatient treatment, it said.
