The Book of Boba Fett Episode 6 features the return of Star Wars The Clone Wars’ blue bounty hunters – here’s how to play Cad Bane live-action.

The infamous Star Wars blue bounty hunter, Cad Bane, has returned to the fold. After spending much of the first episode in flashbacks about Boba Fett’s time with Tusken Raiders in the past, The Book of Boba Fett has moved its main story forward through the introduction of several major Star Wars characters. The Book of Boba Fett Episode 5 was about the Mandalorian Din Djarin (Pedro Pascal), while episode 6 features the return of Luke Skywalker, Grogu, Ahsoka Tanos (Rosario Dawson), Cobb Vanth, and Cad Bane.

Cadbane has a long history with Star Wars. In particular, he was a bounty hunter trader to Boba Fett. His appearance at the conclusion of The Book of Boba Fett 6 is not only surprising but also very logical. Jango Fett taught Cad Bane the bounty hunter trade. However, his popularity in the galaxy increased following Jango’s passing and the cancelled Star Wars: The Clone Wars arc. He took Boba under his wing before they became rivals. Cad Bane is back in The Book of Boba Fett.
Cad Bane’s best features are preserved in live-action animation. The Duros have instantly recognisable blue skin and red eyes. Corey Burton voices Cadbane in The Book of Boba Fett. Dorian Kingi, the performance artist, is credited with portraying Cad Bane on the show. Burton previously played the role of Cad Bane in The Clone Wars as well as Star Wars . Kingi, an experienced stunt performer, has also worked on projects such as Venom.

It’s a nice touch to have Burton play Cad Bane . This allows the character to continue on from The Clone Wars and The Bad Batch. Much like Morrison, who has returned to play Boba Fett. The Mandalorian cast Katee Sackhoff to play Bo-Katan Kryze. However, recast Ahsoka with Dawson replacing Ashley Eckstein. Cad Bane is almost completely covered in make-up, so it makes sense that a prominent voice actor should play the role.

The Book of Boba Fett Episode 6: Cad Bane should set the stage for big things. He is working closely with the Pyke Syndicate who are ready for war with Boba Fett. Cad’s mission is likely to be much more personal. This suggests that the Clone Wars duel with Boba Fett’s story is canon and that a rematch could be in the offing. However, it is hard to see Cad Bane leaving yet another Star Wars show.
