Warm winter allowed the Iskitim and four cities of Russia to withdraw from the list of cities with the dirtiest air. Before the level of pollution in these cities was estimated as very high, now he’s just high. As explained in the document, winter-2019 was abnormally warm, which allowed to partially reduce the load on the heating system of cities. The contamination has also improved in Angarsk (Irkutsk region), Barnaul (Altai territory), Krasnoyarsk (Krasnoyarsk Krai), and in Petrovsk-Zabaikalsky (Zabaykalsky Krai).
