Pastry chef from Novosibirsk Natalia Kirichenko has won silver in the British contest of confectionary art Cake International. To him she made the cake in the form of a girl-Troll, who received second place in the category “arts exhibit”.
Usually the contest is held in Birmingham, but this summer it was held in an online format. Participants had to submit photos of their work in full face and profile. They had to meet certain requirements, for example, any items not supposed to go beyond the line of the substrate.
