Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Mikhail Mishustin has instructed the Ministry of labor, Ministry of economic development, Federal service and the Ministry of health by 30 April to submit proposals for the support of the population and the gradual removal of the restrictions imposed in respect of the business due to pandemic coronavirus. The order of the Prime Minister published on the website of the Russian Government.
Until April 30, the relevant agencies will have to prepare proposals for the phasing-out of restrictions on the activities of individual organizations and individual entrepreneurs. The sanitary doctors need to submit proposals as a single platform to discuss these issues with entrepreneurs.
