Today, June 19, the Central district court has arrested the Director of the Novosibirsk industrial-energy College Michael Guteneva in relation to a criminal case under part 5 St. 290 criminal code (bribery).
In April 2020 Gutenev signed a contract with the organization, which led to the fixation of the College. The contract amount is 3 million rubles, Gutenev asked for 10% from cost of the executed works, — has told to the correspondent NGS assistant Prosecutor of the Central district Xenia Bark.
