Deutsche Bahn is experimenting with repairing bicycles at the station. The Radfix service will initially be offered at Berlin’s Südkreuz train station, as the train announced on Tuesday.

Cyclists can book an appointment online and select the desired maintenance or repair service from a range of services. On the morning of the booked appointment, the bike can be parked contactless in a special parking space in front of the station. A partner workshop picks up the bike and brings it back in the evening, as the railway explained.

The prices for the service are between 40 and 80 euros, depending on the service.
