Earlier, the Ministry of health told the parents that the budget now has no money for medication for a child. Sofia needs the drug “Noninert” (“Spinoza”), one dose of which is 8 million rubles. In the first year of a child’s life should be about 48 million on the drug. The parents of Sofia there is no time to wait until the budget will be money, as the treatment should start as early as possible to have effect. So the family decided to sue the Ministry of health.
