In Lenin district court of Novosibirsk for the second time has received a criminal case against a former bankruptcy Trustee of “Sibselmash” Alexander Polyakov.
he is accused of embezzlement in especially large size with use of office position (part 4 of article 160 of the criminal code) and causing property damage to the plant (paragraph “b” of part 2 of article 165 of the criminal code ). The first time the case was returned to the Prosecutor in February from-for incorrectly issued the indictment.
Polyakov is charged with two episodes involving the theft and sale of 115 pieces stop valves.
