the European Union football Association announced the punishment of the English club “Manchester city” for rough infringement of rules of financial Fair Play – a two-year suspension from evrokubkah and 36 million Euro fine. The leaders of the Champions of England are going to challenge the decision in court of arbitration for Sport (CAS).
“man city” made an official statement: “We are disappointed, but not surprised by the statement of the arbitration chamber of the UEFA. The club always felt a pressing need to search for an independent body and process for the impartial consideration of the comprehensive array of irrefutable evidence to support its position.”
according to the leadership of the English club, in December 2018 chief investigator of the UEFA before the beginning of the investigation publicly announced the sanctions, which he intended to apply to Manchester city: “the Ensuing erroneous process from UEFA meant that there was no doubt in the outcome. The club officially submitted a complaint to the disciplinary body of UEFA, which was confirmed by the CAS decision”.
According to “citizens”, “this is a case of UEFA, UEFA investigated and recognized by UEFA”: “After this biased process is completed, the club as soon as possible to achieve impartial decisions and, therefore, in the first instance at the first opportunity will begin consideration of the case in CAS.”
