the Ministry of justice of Russia has prepared another batch of changes in the new edition of KoAP of the Russian Federation, which has managed to make a lot of noise. This is the same document, which proposed to dramatically increase fines for traffic violations. But this idea have refused, as most of the new ideas essentially for the benefit of the citizens. That is from the concept of tightening nuts and a sixfold increase some of the fines refused.
Fines less innocent and more
Instead of raising the fines is decided, on the contrary, mitigate liability for some violations. The Agency plans to reduce the maximum term of obligatory works from 200 to 60 hours. The penalty is applicable, for example, for drivers who sat behind the wheel after a disqualification.
