Gisele bundchen was born 1980 in Horizontina to a family of German descent who immigrated to Brazil five generations back. Her father Valdir was an university teacher, and her mother Vania Nonnenmacher worked at a bank.
Patricia, the twin sister of Gisele, is one of five daughters in the family. According to Forbes magazine, she is today the world’s richest model. She works for well-known brands like Vogue Eyewear and Louis Vuitton.
