At least five people have been injured by gunfire in a US cemetery. Police in the city of Racine, Wisconsin, reported on Twitter on Thursday that “multiple shots” were fired at the cemetery. The funeral of an African American man who was shot dead during a police check at the end of May was to take place there. Relatives said on local television that members of the mourners were injured.

Da’Shontay King, a 37-year-old African American, was shot dead by police after a police stop on May 20. He fled after being seen earlier with a firearm in hand.
