Fear of bankruptcy and liquidation: the tenants of large shopping centers, send your letter to Andrew Travnikova

the Tenants of large shopping centres of Novosibirsk signed a letter to the Governor of the Novosibirsk region Andrey Travnikov asking to allow them to work.

a Letter sent to the head of the Federal service for supervision in the sphere of consumer rights protection and human welfare in Novosibirsk region Alexander Sherbatova.

According to the NHS, under the document have put signatures representatives of more than 600 organizations and individual entrepreneurs.

— We, the organizations and individual entrepreneurs operating on the territory of trade and entertainment centers in Novosibirsk, are writing to You in connection with the catastrophic situation in our industry. Due to the inability of commercial activities on the territory of the shopping center most of our companies have almost completely lost their income, so no matter how remote the trade or the work take-out/delivery is not able to provide an acceptable level of income for our businesses. We continue to incur significant expenses to pay our employees, the maintenance of the property, on execution of credit obligations before banks, as well as the performance of other payment obligations to our counterparties. Given the long period of validity of restrictive measures against our companies, as well as their extension until August 1, 2020, we confidently predict that in the near future our solvency will decrease to critical values that will lead to the bankruptcy or liquidation of many of us, — the statement says.
