The Brandenburg Constitutional Court has dismissed a lawsuit by the AfD parliamentary group to publish suspected extremist cases. The Brandenburg Office for the Protection of the Constitution may continue to inform the public about anti-constitutional efforts by parties, the Supreme Court of Brandenburg ruled on Friday. The decision was made by seven votes to one.
